Terms of Service

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between MyTriveBeon ("Company," "we," or "us") and users ("Members") who access or use the travel information and related content services ("Service") provided through our website and applications. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2 – Definitions
Member – Any user who has registered an account and agreed to these Terms.
Guest – Any user who accesses the Service without registering.
Paid Member – A Member who has entered into a paid subscription agreement with the Company (available when the paid subscription service launches).
Content – All text, images, videos, links, and files posted on or through the Service.
Post – Any information or content published by a Member on the Service.
Subscription – A recurring payment arrangement under which the Company provides premium features to a Paid Member (to be offered in a future service launch).
Termination – The act of ending a service agreement by either the Company or the Member.
Article 3 – Effectiveness and Amendments
① These Terms apply to all Members and take effect upon registration or use of the Service.
② The Company may amend these Terms at any time within the limits permitted by applicable law. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance via the website or email. For changes that significantly affect Members' rights or obligations, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance.
③ Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not agree may terminate their account before the effective date.
④ By agreeing to these Terms, Members acknowledge their responsibility to check the website periodically for updates.
Article 4 – Additional Policies
The Company may establish separate terms or policies for specific services. Where such separate policies conflict with these Terms, the separate policies shall prevail. Matters not addressed in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and common commercial practices.
Article 5 – Registration and Account Formation
① A service agreement is formed when the Company approves an applicant's registration request.
② By clicking "I Agree" during registration, the applicant consents to these Terms.
③ All information submitted during registration is considered accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in service restrictions or loss of membership.
④ Users under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in their country) must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before registering.
⑤ The Company may verify a Member's identity through email confirmation or other reasonable means.
Article 6 – Grounds for Refusal of Registration
The Company may decline or suspend a registration application in the following cases:
1. Technical issues that prevent normal processing
2. False, incomplete, or erroneous information provided in the application
3. Prior loss of membership due to policy violations
4. Outstanding unpaid fees from prior use
5. Absence of required parental consent for minors
6. Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, system outages, etc.)
7. Any other case the Company deems necessary to protect the Service or its users
Article 7 – Account Management
① Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
② Members must not share their account with or allow use by any third party.
③ If a Member suspects unauthorized use of their account, they must notify the Company immediately and follow any instructions provided.
④ The Company may change or restrict a Member's username if it contains personal information, offensive language, or causes technical issues.
Article 8 – Updating Member Information
① Members may view and update their personal information within their account settings.
② Core identifiers such as the registered username may not be changed after registration.
③ Members are responsible for keeping their contact details (including email) current. The Company is not liable for damages arising from outdated contact information.
Article 9 – Termination and Service Restriction
① Members may cancel their account at any time by selecting the withdrawal option in their account settings. The Company will process the request promptly.
② Paid Members (once the paid service is launched) may cancel their subscription through the billing management page. Upon cancellation, premium features will no longer be accessible and the account will revert to free status.
③ The Company may suspend or terminate a Member's access for the following reasons:
  1. Violation of these Terms or applicable law
  2. Provision of false information during registration
  3. Unauthorized use of third-party accounts or credentials
  4. Distribution of malware, illegal content, or hacking activities
  5. Actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Service
  6. Persistent unpaid fees or billing failures
Article 10 – Service Provision and Changes
① The Service is generally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, subject to scheduled maintenance or unavoidable interruptions.
② The Company will notify Members in advance of scheduled maintenance. In cases of emergency maintenance or force majeure, notice may be given after the fact.
③ The Company may modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable prior notice. The Company is not liable for service changes resulting from unavoidable circumstances.
Article 11 – Paid Subscription Service
① The Company plans to offer paid membership tiers that provide access to premium features. Details of available plans and pricing will be published on the website prior to launch.
② Subscription fees will be charged automatically to the payment method registered by the Member at the beginning of each billing cycle.
③ Refund eligibility and conditions will be governed by the Company's refund policy, which will be published before the paid service launches.
④ This article will take full effect upon the official launch of the paid subscription service.
Article 12 – Company Obligations
① The Company will not engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law or contrary to good business ethics.
② The Company will implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect Member information and ensure stable service delivery.
③ The Company will handle complaints and feedback from Members promptly and in good faith.
Article 13 – Member Obligations
Members must not engage in any of the following:
1. Impersonating another user or using another person's account
2. Posting or distributing illegal, obscene, violent, or gambling-related content
3. Collecting or storing other users' personal information without consent
4. Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
5. Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful software
6. Automated data scraping or mass reproduction of Service content
7. Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the Service
8. Harassment, stalking, or threatening other users
9. Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
10. Any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate for the Service

Members are solely responsible for all consequences arising from their violation of these obligations. The Company may restrict or terminate the account of any Member who engages in the above conduct.
Article 14 – Intellectual Property and User Content
① All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its design, software, and original content, belong to the Company.
② Members must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Company's content without prior written consent.
③ Members retain ownership of content they create and post. By posting content on the Service, Members grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on the Service and its official channels.
④ Members are solely responsible for ensuring their posted content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or other rights.
⑤ The Company may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and may restrict or terminate the account of the Member responsible.
Article 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
① The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, system failures, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
② The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information posted by Members or third parties on the Service.
③ Members are solely responsible for decisions made based on information found on the Service.
④ The Company is not a party to and assumes no liability for any transactions between Members or between Members and third parties.
⑤ The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, except where required by applicable law.
⑥ If the Company incurs damages or legal claims due to a Member's illegal conduct or violation of these Terms, the Member shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless.
Article 16 – Marketing Communications
By creating an account and agreeing to these Terms, Members consent to receiving marketing communications from the Company via email, push notifications, or other electronic means. Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time through their account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication.
Article 17 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
① These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Company is incorporated, unless otherwise required by local mandatory law.
② In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the competent courts or an appropriate dispute resolution body.
③ Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on March 30, 2026.
